Making A Difference for Muscular
Dystrophy
The Harley-Davidson 100th Anniversary
marks the 23rd year of the Motor Company’s Partnership
with the Muscular Dystrophy Association.
For more than two decades, the Harley-Davidson
family of customers, dealers and employees has raised more than $40
million for the fight against neuromuscular disease. MDA’s funds
support continued research, comprehensive medical care and the very
special MDA summer camp program, which helps put smiles on the faces
of children coping with these challenges.
The money that The Legacy Ride is able to raise
directly for MDA will go a long way in supporting MDA’s mission of
funding the most promising research projects by the finest
scientists throughout the world. Over the years, this strategy has
been rewarded with breakthrough discoveries.
Thank you for Making A Difference and helping
support MDA and in the process helping us participate in the Parade
of MDA Heroes. I’m grateful for your willingness to play an
important role in celebrating 100 years of great motorcycles,
helping MDA on the road to a cure while we travel the road to
Milwaukee.
